We have several that pay weekly but they start the first week of the month paying 1/4 of the next months rent and by the time they make that 4th payment for the month they've paid the upcoming month in advance.

I'm sure people would pay extra for some kind of "meal prep/private chef" type package in their living situation.You've got the right idea thought, but don't be afraid to reach...nothing wrong with dropping your price after a couple weeks if you don't get any interest.

Instead, build a solid bench of 3rd party vendors; HVAC, plumber, handyman, etc..When considering whether or not to make a hire, most of it depends on how many hours you can dedicate to that individual each week, at least when hiring a maintenance tech.
