That said, if housing prices do go down where will the money come from to drive prices back to the inflated high water mark?

We closed on both homes on Feb. 1 2021, and with that closing, Watermark Senior Living opened its doors.

These funds are used as necessary and then replenished from the cash flows from the property back to its original watermark. 

I once had to sand an area about 1x2ft to remove a water mark. ( I'll never use water based floor finish again ) Anyway, I just restained it, painted in the grout lines and varnished it.

I watermark all ads and have scam sheets in all units and on the front door of the property.

At first I though it might be mold but I don’t see water marks anywhere .

@Gail Kaitschuckmy houses often pop up on CL as a fake ad.1. put a water mark in the middle of the pictures with your site/number to call.2. put a large sign in the front window that says "this is not advertised on CL and do NOT send money to anyone".most people come and peak through the windows, so they'd be staring at that sign. i also put a sign with those words on the hardwood floor right infront of that window and since it's the only item on the floor, it catches their attention.
