Not sure if this is valid point, but as a woman, when I search for a house, seeing a listing with the kitchen is what makes me click on the house fast.

I purchased a tax lien that was sold the next year with a “warranty deed” The lien was for 2022 taxes and the deed was transferred in 2023. prior to the transfer there is a long history of tax sales and different names paying taxes including a previous investor. how far back does the line of interest go and would the previous investor be considered someone who “holds interest” in the property?

Do you require contracts with indemnification language, payment schedules and appropriate warranties?  

I have looked at a warranty deed transfer or a quitclaim.

Please let me know if all of this is unnecessary or a valid strategy for building strong business credit.

I had an AO smith with long warranty,   It died at near year 10.  

I questioned the mortgage company if this is valid as the difference is a lot.

Two critical components are key to legally performing the above scenario. 1st, there must be consideration for a real estate transaction to be valid.
