Hey @Nick Mulligan,I am currently house hacking in Taunton and i may have some insights into some facets of the FHA loan, as well as some information on the types of tenants, as well as the sub markets in the area.

Brand new investor here, looking to meet with people in all facets of the business (wholesalers, buy and hold, title companies, real estate agents, etc.). 

You have a good strategy because you are trying to look at all facets and not solely one area.

All of these things are vital parts of the screening report. 

It's also vital that your boots on the ground person inspect progress on the project every 3 days or so. 

It never ceases to amaze me how come so many go to the effort of getting a great income, and great credit score, but forget the most vital ingredient that Lenders might look at: their savings record!

The less time you have, the more relationships and partnerships will be vital to you.

From my view, it sounds like vital information was provided to the landlord of the premises. 

I think its a great way to learn, especially if you diversify across many assets so you are exposed to various facets of the process.
