Newbie virtual wholesaler.                                                                                        

I live in New Jersey and recently purchased a duplex in Columbus, Ohio, with my realtor managing everything remotely, including inspections and virtual tours.

Anyway, I'm thinking maybe HF has more advantage for online bidding, as they could essentially create many virtual IDs and have a large pool of fund to leverage.

My family also goes to the Gulf Shores area of Alabama each year, and virtually every listing I've seen there is Sat-Sat during the summer.I would suggest Sat-Sat because I think that works with more people's M-F work schedule. 

I then want to have a virtual meeting with the GP who will actually be overseeing the daily operations.One of the projects is already stabilized and the GP is looking to sell; should have a significant amount of capital returned. 

I've been collaborating with what I believe is a virtual assistant to coordinate the appraisal and inspections for a few months.

Am virtual.

If people think houses, or other assets, go up linearly then I am at a loss for words. i was on a cruise last fall and my wife made friends with a lady in Art Class and it we had dinner with  her and hubby.. turns out hubby was on the Board of American homes for Rent... they own about 30k homes.. they morphed from buying from others to building their own.. and then when rates rose they stopped and are just treading water at this time.. at least thats the report for that company..

It could work, but a long ways from the virtual certainty you should desire if investing your mom’s money.  

It was nice to have a virtually private workshop with 3 experts, but I am certain most people who paid wanted to attend.
