There will be variations of the terms above based on program and lender however these are the terms set by the Non-QM DSCR 1-4 unit that my company uses.Both of the above options will loan to a LLC with a personal guaranty.Best of Luck!

There is some variation between lenders as to how they calculate the DSCR, so I'd recommend speaking to one of these lenders directly (we do this kind of loan) to get a quote.

Just wait till you refinance out of a WHEDA loan and do another one or some variation of an FHA low money down like 3/3.5%, but you have to live in it for a year, etc.
