You have to have a solid, reliable and trustworthy team.

This family member is fully trustworthy and doesn't need the income per se, but structuring it this way could benefit both of us.

In a second case, a trustworthy HVAC rep replaced the logic board for us at <$400 price, which is very reasonable.Furnaces are very expensive to replace, and I'm finding that HVAC companies will often jump to recommend replacement when it is not necessary, because replacements make them a lot of money.

They stopped using K&T in the 40's so any of it left in the wild is just too old to be trustworthy IME.

How is it finding trustworthy and reliable house cleaning and a maintenance person?

So I'm shopping around to see if there are other trust worthy one out there.   

It's pretty descriptive.Also, as a 15 year, out-of-state investor my recommendation is to ALWAYS choose whatever city you have the most trustworthy contacts in.
