We went over there and I saw a gorgeous white building, surrounded by acres and acres of tropical laden grounds with pools, tennis courts, and recreation areas.

I would also consider the much higher insurance for hurricanes and tropical storms.  

There is a home listed right now that is comparable to our home inside that dropped a lot, we do have probably the nicest tropical backyard in the area though.
