I was also told by my cpa that transferring the property from the LLC to our personal names will trigger a tax event.

I just have to pull the trigger and then work to get my books in order.Appreciate it!

It has always been a dream for me to own but I am scared to pull the trigger. 

I remember being up all hours of the night trying to plug in all the If/Then scenarios and responses and triggers and Stops and .... maybe one day I'd pay someone else to keep up with it ... but it that case maybe I should just pay them and skip the platform lol ... also I stopped using it because I got way too weary of texting/calling in Texas after reading about people getting sued and the no statute of limitations that can result in someone waiting years to sue if they get 'solicited' without opting in, etc, etc ... wasn't worth it to pay monthly to just open myself up to getting sued....

Hot damn pulling the trigger feels good though.

If you decide to pull the trigger and sell this property I would be interested in a potential sub2 deal.

People have keyword alerts set up, and then someone arrives and pitches their town, which then triggers a lot of other keyword alerts to be triggered.

Side note: possibly labeling is what caused the disconnect in your situation, to begin with.Specifically in your case, your re-negotiating of the option credit does not trigger an immediate taxation.

Ok but I am not talking about by defaulting, the scenario is if the Due-on_sale Clause is triggered because they discovered the sale.
