.), security cameras, track remote employees (they will steal the cash), cost to install pumps, license fees, hard equipment needed- registers, apps to run the register information, accounting, legal, cases for merchandise, shelves, door hardware, heater or HVAC depending on location...This is a tiny community there won't be a local plumber and electrician... add some cost for time to contact your team and travel will make any repairs more expensive.

Forget the surround, what is a dehumidifier doing operating on top of the toilet:) Then they stuffed some tiny cabinet and tiled on top of it and put it directly in front of the already small space in front of the toilet?

You want a house that can comfortablyaccommodate the number of people who will be residing there. 4 people crammed into a 1,200 sq ft house with only 1 or 2 bathrooms and a tiny kitchen is miserable, but 4 people in a 2800+ sq ft house with 3 or 4 bathrooms and a large kitchen ain’t so bad.

A lot of these podcast guests fall into one of these buckets:-Started with a bunch of money-Made most of their money selling education before buying deals-Don't actually do nearly as many deals as they claim to-They own a tiny piece of a bigger deal (LP)I still listen to podcasts a lot but you can't let the guests "successes" demotivate you.
