Problem is the second I do that I can kiss decent school districts and modern amenities (restaurants, movie theaters, stores other than the dollar variety) goodbye, plus some of these places would even be considered food deserts.

They are worth about 3 to 5 million then move here and for 500k have a loaded house with move theater and basement with 5 beds and 4 baths on a large lot and they are shocked at the prices.

It's also less than a couple miles from downtown Cincy and some major event venues (sports, theater, opera, etc.)

In our theater circles we attend and at the gym we have found small groups of folks that we got to know that we can share with and that share with us. 

Courthouses, theaters, lakefront, event center, and libraries are downtown.

MWC is growing also - new Warren movie theater is going up on SE 15th and Sooner with new dining options around it.

You can walk to the Palace Theater and the rest of downtown from the property.
