I have since become a revenue manager and either do it for people or teach them how to use it.

If I can get someone to take over for me they are going to have a much easier time bc of it, but even the lady who has been part time helping me acts so stressed beyond belief w/everything I teach her that it is insane to me. 

I will continue to tweak my plans and eventually find a nice niche that fits my investing style.   

I had one that also did a flat flee for leads but there are other ones that do auction style.

Yes it is a misuse:We teach wholesaling with honesty and transparency.

Once I gave in and bought a few only to not have assistance and no clear direction so frustration took over and I was still learning but needed direction, I finally found a group of investors to help me,  guide me,  and teach me the ins and outs of the industry.If I am not working deals learning the ropes or watching videos for extra information in real estate investing you can find me at my full time career as a Auto Injury Claims Specialist with big red.

I'd be surprised if the way they are teaching & doing the lending is legal.
