I see many of you using the "@" symbol to tag other members names so that they are alerted when they are mentioned. 

Some stable REITs for new investors would be ticker symbols like HCP, O, DLR, HCN, NNN, WPC.

@Brenden KanakaoleMake sure when asking for an individual to specifically respond that you "tag" them with the "@" symbol and then start typing their name.

You can even be specific too if you've got a ticker symbol you think is worthy.

@Auryana Faramarzi the way to respond to a particular person is to type the “@“ symbol and then start typing the person’s name and then you select their name when it appears.As for buying in any of the areas you suggested, I think they all have opportunities for cash flow if you are a good investor.

We were thinking about a Volkswagon Tiguan, possibly a Lexus NX, or even the classic Greek middle class symbol of affluence, a Porsche Cayenne, for our next car buy.

Or just updated / name change on the current llc.I know and understand a company name is nothing without the action taken with it, also long term it may or may not matter depending on future growth, or exit strategy of the company.But at this moment in time and our life, reason for name change/update is that the original llc name is four long words we want to bring down to one word that have selected, also for us just two (spouse and me) we now are more with clarity on what we are doing and want moving forward so this new name symbolically represents that for us.I see that just updating /name change is best this way the llc few years of history of establishment may be of importance to some private funding individuals.
