I'd need to really dig down to get you the appropriate number for my own rentals, but I can tell you right now that 25% for maintenance and vacancy combined is not too far off.in the one statement you indicate my number (which really was 45%, but I am assuming a typo) is wrong and my model is wrong.

I have seen a few try to get started over there last several years, but none seem to have survived (or are really bad at SEO and marketing) since I was not able to find any the several times I have searched.That being said, I know Cadre has launched a secondaries market for their own investment offerings, but that is limited in scope to Cadre positions, and is currently closed anyways and will be "re-opening soon".

It is not difficult to debug the future from their investments using their own website.most STR/LTR syndication that had strong presence should be :- working in local niche market only- has five to ten years experience- had open book / track record mentality- the audited financial statement should be available to understand the business.STR market itself is very risky investment in my opinion, now you add fund/syndication then you have double big problem.one out of five hotel syndication is going for bankruptcy in the last two years , and we expect STR to survive ?
