I mean what Contractor in their right mind would do 23K worth of work and not even mention it was going to cost that much until days after they supposedly finished? 

Which does the exact opposite of what this ordinance is supposed to accomplish.

I know we're not supposed to talk politics, but the reality is, it's politicians that set the policies that affect real estate and construction, so it is relevant.

I suppose they provide some examples too of a well-optimized listing title and description, but as it also states, you can likely look at the listings that already rank well and sort of emulate or steal from those.Don't know if any of my presumptions are correct or not but just felt this might provide some insight based on my adjacent expertise.
