There is a large demand for efficient distribution and storage of goods, thus many investors are looking for ways to increase their financial performance while continuing to remain competitive in the market.

There are numerous property types such as self storage, Mobil home parks, office, industrial, commercial residential, non commercial residential, etc.  

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

Any advice on how feasible this is?

Hi @Suhaib Rehman,I don't believe John has been active on BiggerPockets for some time now, but the Cape Coral market, and a few others surrounding, are certainly still feasible for investment purchases depending on your strategy and investment parameters.

If you don't need to provide laundry to get tenants how much could you rent the room for as a storage unit?

And yes, Self-Storage does make money.
