@David M.If it’s unsecured debt it’s just like a credit card.

My wife and I had a lot of money stolen from us by a so-called property manager in Cleveland (who was later brought to court by the attorney general due to other crimes he committed) and we ended up being able to place the property with Re/Max Haven Realty. 

Print off some contact cards, and literally walk door to door. yes, literally knock, introduce yourself, not selling anything, actually looking for some help.

I personally like the credit card balance transfer check route, since it's interest-free for a decent amount of time (aside from an initial 3.00% fee).

Vito - Have you checked to see if there is an I-card for the property on the HPD website? 

Since living here I’ve put in a new HVAC in both units and kitchen into one unit, I’ve max out my credit card, and have had my parents help me.

Since I work in a jail, I'm looking for the get out of jail card.  

After I got good at pulling leads that work, I can switch that ratio and spend $3 on leads and $7 on sending something to those leads;  post cards, sms, rvm, cold calling.   

We allow Tenant Portal (ACH), Direct Deposit to our bank, Venmo, Strip (credit & debit cards) and old-fashioned mailing of checks.
