If you end up canning this PM and decide to take another stab at finding a good one, see if you can find one who has been in the business a long time and is also a successful broker or has some other revenue stream that way they won’t need to bleed you dry with additional fees in order to stay solvent.

Also even if tenants clean their tile bathrooms, most of the time, the solvent people use on tile/grout breaks down and deteriorates the grout and silicone over time, so lose-lose!
