@Jeremy C.I looked at their (JLL's) website and see that they have a history dating back to 1783 in London England and have offices in DE, MS, DC, & VA.

New guests are prompted for their check-out date, and then they use their own logins for Netflix, Max, etc.

For nonpayment, and assuming it's a market rate property, you can't post for nonpayment until 7 days after the due date.
