i wouldn't trust any outside national guru as they may not be as familiar with your area. chances are they have a list of bootcamps coming to town, and some have monthly sessions/teleseminars.example- i'd never take a foreclosure bootcamp from a guru who isn't from my area. why?

I heard he burns up to 4000 calories in a single training session (of which he has multiple per day), and that he can't gain weight to save his life!!
