This wasn't a problem for us but I would certainly steer clear of any projects that are time sensitive and require some kind of planning.

Yes, we pay a fee for the coaching, that many of us feel is fully worth the cost, maybe having "skin-in-game" makes us more likely to take action and be excited about the company, but that is for you to decide. 

I already run up expenses for my trading income on a credit card because Im responsible and its helpful when building credit, Im also on my families card or something of that nature, but at my age I am not entirely sure what the best course of action for credit building is any tips would be very helpful!

What we typically do during this time of year on our owner occupied non performing loans is not perform any legal actions between thanksgiving and christmas. 

But owners have to be held responsible for their pets' actions.

Hi I am a current homeowner and want to get a 2nd property for short term rental.I am wondering what would be the best course of action in terms of getting a loan for an investment property.Would you recommend getting a FHA loan or other conventional loan and living in the property for 1 year before renting it out and then renting out our current home or getting an investment loan and start to rent out the investment property?
