If you manage it and screw something up, you'll cost him a lot of money and you'll lose the friendship.

Sure there will be volatility, as is the human experience and the markets we love to screw with.But, hear me out:- AI and robotics are leveling up every day it seems.

A bad tenant can screw things up royally and/or make your day to day life harder than necessary especially if you have little experience with such matters.

One goes away and another pops up....So many fake lenders or lenders who actually screw you over.i have posted about my frustrations with lenders so many times on BP.
