I rented one place where the landlord paid for the fixed water bill, wifi, and satellite tv for me.

A little constructive criticism for if you do more of these remodels.It looks like there is a pantry, but not many upper cabinets for the most commonly used dishes.

Do you think long distance C/Dish class investing is a profitable endeavor for someone with the time and drive to commit to?

I dont want more furniture bed liNens dishes pots n pans towels light fixtures etcDo you?

Like for cleaning feeding tubes, diapering, the air / water dishes for various machines. 

Taking out the trash and washing dishes has been a issue at times because nobody wants to clean up after each other.

Toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, those scrubby things for dishes, dishwasher detergent. 

The joke was on him though I was almost broke and just made out my credit cards to pay for a new washer and dryer I had to replace due to his negligence.I can’t say I have not become slightly emotional on a collection call from time to time when I see new cars, new furniture, satellite TV, and no rent payments but… I’m not a perfect person.Alas, in the end RE has been good to me and I’m not about to break my moral code because someone else has no moral code.

Most recently we've washed dishes by hand for two months waiting for them to replace the dishwasher.
