If you don't want to ruin your credibility in the market that you are planning on investing in, try making calls in a market you know you are not going to invest in for practice.   

Its interesting that you are hung up on me staying legal (which i never said otherwise) yet u pm me calling me names and that you would ruin my house if you had the chance, so i guess legality only applies when it suits you right.

The area has to be able to support the change in class or you'll ruin your investment.
