I have over 18+ years in the REI game and the financing side is my expertise.  

There's no right or wrong way to do this, just varying levels of risk and reward and YOU need to understand what they are for whatever strategy you choose. 

But hearing your expertise is super helpful  as it's relevant to us here as we start our investment journey into MTRs.Have you had your place 90% rented most of the year, or have you experienced blips in vacancies?   

This keeps it informal while also showing your expertise in both areas.

I'd build a quad, and there is a laundry list of ways one can select to be amply rewarded for such. 

Systematize as much as possible to create scalability.PM is a challenging but rewarding business.

Unfortunately, researching websites doesn't give me clear, straightforward answers that, yes, they have expertise in this particular real estate strategy.I'm specifically looking for attorneys in RI, MA and FL.

In one of our companies, we have a board comprised of people with different expertise.

Where a good (operative word) agent's expertise comes in is doing all of these things and doing them all well, and not missing anything important, and also a million other things behind the scenes that protect their clients from being ripped off or sued or just wasting their time learning all the ins and outs of real estate transactions when there are experts they can easily hire to handle it all for them.

I'd love to utilize their expertise when assessing a property since they are local but I'm not sure what the general expectation is when I don't have a tangible property and I have not entered into contract to work with them yet.Some questions I have are: local regulations/permitting timeline, property's potential from their perspective, landscaping/amenities cost estimate (they also help facilitate this).
