While I don't see such astronomical gains and see the housing market slowing I don't see a retreat. 

and futures dropped 30% or more you will see the lumber follow suit.. we are kind of fortunate that our second phase of 30 lots wont be ready for framing until Nov  through  next March so we are hopeful we see some retreat..

But if the market is retreating then use the 45 day identification period and catch properties as they are dropping prices.

It's the type of place I'm looking to get $1000 a night, 9bedrooms, etc. so it would be something groups use for retreats or family reunions etc, which means a lot of cars getting in and out.
