Its also great to see you are not assuming that since you were successful in one area you can replicate that success without doing any research.I like the NNN recommendation, that is a great long term play to build some lasting wealth.  

I will keep this short and concise, but most of what I have done can be replicated by almost anyone with some work ethic and proper direction.

The downside is that it might be hard to replicate in the future. 

It's totally a system that can be replicated.

He has been a GC for over 20 years, so even if he told us his margin, it's not like the average person could replicate it. 

I think if you find a large contractor in your market this could be replicated.

They will have the expertise you need all the way across the board  and will have processes in place to replicate future deals.

My only dilemna is my first purchase is hard to replicate.
