Routing the refrigerant lines was the most difficult part of the installation.  

Jobs seemed to be made by professionals as removed walls contaminated with black mold and gave them the right treatments, but nobody knows who it was, no one knows where the cabinets go and all the stuff inside the property like dishwasher refrigerator etc.

Suspected a very slow leak of refrigerant somewhere, did nitrogen test, even injected dye etc....couldn't find it Finally I spoke to the owner, he came out himself, within 20 minutes he found the issue, an expansion valve that had gunk buildup partially clogging the line causing the appearance of lost pressure and leaked refrigerant.

But of course that would be very limited unless you can get the applicants to give a complete tour including inside the refrigerator, inside the stove, inside the tub and shower, inside the toilet bowl, etc.

I threw the stove out and replaced it with a microwave and a undercounter 1/2 refrigerator and hoped whom ever rented it would eat out.
