Because a person who can bring value, having command on (a) how to recognize a deal (b) getting a deal (c) setting up a proficient team of pro's (d) managing such deal (e) recruiting all the resources necessary (f) pivoting through the stages from acquisition, renovation, monetization (g) tenant placement.......

About a year ago, my cousin tried to recruit me to join her as a Real Estate Agent, and gave me a book to read "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent". 

After that when recruiters called about the burbs, I didn't even care about the position or the pay, I would immediately decline.
