Items on the ceiling could stay but may be affected when the systems  (heating/cooling/plumbing) are re-connected. 

Last appraiser just asked us to remove the cooktop to get refinanced (disconnected it and reconnected it for inspection).

The work is basically to shut off the power, disconnect the wires from this box, remove the box, hang a new box with a circuit breaker in it, reconnect the wires, and turn the power back on.If you need to remove the meter to shut off the power, or get the power company to pull a fuse on their side of the transformer, then it will cost more and take longer. 

Seems like that would impact traffic for people who might want to navigate to those sections.Whoever the webmaster is should reconnect them.

I found a cash buyer who has ghosted me for a couple of days and finally reconnected. 

And there are always things one can do to feel better - being selfless - volunteering, self-improvement, the things I listed above, reconnecting with people you care about, and hanging out with animals (I love hanging out with dogs!).

In addition to foundation don't forget to incclude the utility discnnect/reconnect in the estimate.

The paragraph above is my story but I hear this almost weekly from new investors who are yet to acquire a property get excited to speak and then a or so down the road when we reconnect, they tell me the timing is not right and that in some cases the market is going to or already is in the middle of a crash.

If they shut either off there's usually a reconnection fee you have to cough up.
