I am looking at purchasing some raw land to build my home on.

Again, aside from the idea of water being wasted as a source of irritation for me, the raw cost of it from a business point of view is no matter, as long as you can roll it into appropriate rent.

Excuse the click baity title but really want to find out who THE BEST AGENT DEALING WITH RAW LAND in Southeastern Massachusetts. 

With raw land of course you are almost always looking at 25% down, and $75k I can manage and not even dip into my comfort level of reserves but that is just about the absolute max.

Does Anyone know of a place to get raw data on this?

So Im looking to buy raw land and build a duplex on it and then occupy 1/2 and rent out other half.Problem is is that i dont have the cash to buy the land.

While underwriting considerations given to compensating factors may carry the day for you, I find raw numbers have their own value as well.

I just recently flipped two raw land parcels in 2 different states and realized a really great return on both after some initial land improvement investments.

Depending on the city, I do like the urban redevelopment push (heck I even live in one out side of Portland), as well as @Anthony Gayden point of looking on the outskirts of the cities and suburbs were the raw land is to build and cheeper taxes, fees etc.
