I have watched many of his videos & he contradicts himself a lot & is unauthentic.

Have the agent video everything, just in case tenant is there and causes a scene or refuses access.You will either get the work done or have a video supporting your eviction.

That is not luck, that is not random, that is suicide.So conclusion,  the people you are trying to skip trace (and pay money for to skip trace) are not just "a bad " audience.They are the worst possible audience.

The second violation gets them suspended until they watch a 5-minute video that addresses their violation and proper behavior, and then they pass a five-question test.

That doesn't seem to make sense.I invest in Pittsburgh, but would not recommend that you buy a random property here.
