The Respondents3Mom, Inc. (“3Mom”) was a Missouri corporation with a last known business address of 3420 West Moark Street, Springfield, Missouri 65810. 3Mom purported to be in the business of raising capital to purchase, rehabilitate and sell real estate for a profit.

I bought an old house that was purported to be "turnkey" - not through a turnkey provider but from a seller who performed some shoddy rehab work.

For a bunch of purported numbers people, y'all should really look at the stats before claiming that.

You're likely wasting your time as all serious investors know these things and won't pay you for a product that purports to "perfectly predict the housing market".If you're looking or a pricing chart, I can easily pull that from S&P Case Schiller San Francisco Index.Exercising common sense should tell you, that "perfectly predicting the housing market" based on just three variables is impossible.
