@Josh Milewski Yeah, or ask the landlord to be up front with the tenant.....or something else - like have the landlord tell the renters that he was having an agent stop by to write up a BPO - which is different than having a prospective buyer come snooping around.

They are properties circulated to long lists of unsophisticated buyers and if you are the highest offer you’ve likely outbid a bunch of prospective buyers who underestimated their improvement costs or overestimated their ARV while most likely  proceeding without the ability to perform normal transaction diligence.

Hold firm.If you get nervous, drop the rent $100 per month or confirm your marketing is good.You do limit the prospective tenant base by restricting pets, but that is your prerogative.

There is absolutely no way to organize your prospects or leads except with "tags" but they even specifically say you shouldn't be tagging people with more than 1-2 tags.
