I have lots of first hand knowledge having dealt with many forgeries and had several of them prosecuted and jailed.I can't follow any of the rest of your narrative related to foreclosure by random people

IN ADDITION the MN Attorney Generals office launched website for tenants to report landlords/pm's who violate the moratorium orders, and a commitment by the office that they WILL followup and prosecute all violators.

So the two cases were combined in one civil suit to be filed by BOLI on behalf of Keel and FHCO.When this occurs, the case is referred for "prosecution" to the State Attorney General's Office, who represents the plaintiffs at no charge.

You bet they do and they prosecute costing a pretty good buck, in my opinion though they need to follow up and prosecute even more, a couple years ago I was chasing a couple huds and everything worthwhile went during the owner period to brokers I know were rehabbing and such.
