FYI I've seen a lot of mentions on the threads from Realtors and investors from Columbus OH, really promoting that city.

My belief is that all this leads investors to take mediocre or poor deals, some of which will go bad in a deep 1980s type recession - should we ever see one again.

You could not pay me to use the service and BP should not promote them.

So for example, if you know your goal is to move away from NYC/LI possibly because of a potential future promotion in 5 years and you also want a lot of cashflow/appreciation before you move... then it may not work for you. 

This is purely for research purposes to be able to create something truly impactful (I am not promoting or selling anything).

I am not a fan of many of Harris’ beliefs.  

And you know I'm also against HELOCs being promoted to people who don't have savings or excess cash flow!
