Instead, consider lowering your prices or running promotions, especially with local businesses.

Forums like these tend to open the flood gates for real estate agents to promote the cities where they sell.

Were they all new or you were still on the promotional rate?

Search 'pm horror stories' with one hand while your other pumps up and promotes getting one.

The sponsor's largest source of revenue is in the promote, which in most cases isn't realized until the sale.
