On the other hand, a digital nomad looking for a place to WFH for a few weeks will prioritize a private, immersive experience in the location, like cozy lounge seating on a deck to enjoy a mountain or beach view.So while many of the items you mentioned are desirable across the board, it's about tailoring the space to what each group values most based on their needs. 

I think the main thing I am learning here is to adjust the profit share between myself and my private money partners.

If you have access to private equity then sure, but if you want to buy properties yourself then at best you are looking at 1-2 per year if you have really good income. 3.

Like @Chris Seveney said, private lending is a great way to go as well.

He has since refinanced and cashed me and my private lender out.
