Lets face it, the real risk is the principle anyways so protecting that is most important.I also have no early payment penalties and often, the ability for the investor to roll into the next deal allowing their capital to be constantly working for them.All loan docs should include the interest rates, loan terms, and payment schedules.

@Chris DoucetteIf it sounds to good to be true....It's possible they are just quoting you their P&I payment, when you are thinking they are quoting you principle, interest, taxes, and insurance.  

The home is fully surrounded by woods—no neighbors in sight; so views are important.

They began losing sight of the math behind an investment and simply bought whatever they could because they could always sell it for more later.

But i think the general principles still apply.

That problem is getting worse and there is no solution in sight.
