Would they be able to say they have a prescriptive easement even if I can’t find anything and didn’t know about it and then be able to move the easement to someplace else on my property?

IN Oregon its over the counter and slam dunker.. in WA little harder you need a forester to write a prescription.. and in CA VERY Hard you need to jump through all sorts of environmental hoops.. pretty much like developing a subdivision.. you have to HOOT for owls you may have to do Indian relic investigations and on and on and on.

I do not believe any actual easement exists but it is my understanding as the line has been there for a very long time (it is clay so I'm guessing 60 years or more I have either a prescriptive or implied easement).

That's my prescription to the world.This is just a ridiculous discussion, and so therefore my post has been equally ridiculous.Weed is illegal in all 50 states so...for now the discussion is moot.
