They have noted who they invested with and several of these sponsors used to be huge contributors to a BP and now have gone completely dark on their investors or but continue to pump out podcast episodes and speaking engagements… So my question is: is it that bad out there in the syndication space?

We've been devouring all the BP podcasts, and starting to read the forums.

I like to think of it like the BP Money Podcast thinks of it, find the best value but if something is emotionally affecting you, than target that and do what it takes to get that solved and then you don't have to worry about it when you go to sleep.

I have been listening to the Rent to Retirement podcast recently and they have been heavily selling properties in Akron, OH and I have read some really good reviews about their experience.

Short Term Rental Management with Luke Carl is a good podcast for learning about management.

I've talked with him 1:1 and I believe he's been on a few BP podcasts as a guest as well.

Luke Carl has a new STR Management podcast that I recommend as well as Avery's Short Term Show podcast.
