Doing STR is a completely different game.

I’m brainstorming ideas on how I can market myself to potential mentors in the STR game in order to gain experience.

Currently, I have a weekly check in with my current contractor, but alot of time it is a chasing game.

If you are investing for the long game, I say go for it - we have to be creative in this market to make things pencil. 

Instead of platforms like Angi, try building relationships directly with contractors, architects, and developers.

A competitor of ours does it on a platform with smart contract as well as crypto to invest.

The core principles in The Book on Rental Property Investing still hold up, but higher interest rates definitely change the game.
