I actually got introduced to BiggerPockets because I recently searched for REI audiobooks on Spotify that were free with my premium subscription and listen to How to Invest in Real Estate by Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner.

I think some folks search for discounts so that's a way for being promoted.Seems guest dont rent a 4 bedroom house unless they have triple the amount of guests they originally reserved for.  

Simply put you know what you know when you don't know what you don't know, no offense, but most people don't realize it until they get too deep in it to be able to facilitate and then they are flailing and desperately in search of a PM and then they get into bed with a bad one.

Which in a way, is fair, but I believe this is their loop hole to only fund the low hanging fruit deals, and stick people with a bill of 4-7k and a property search app that isn’t that good in the first place. anyway, I am always looking to connect, dining the next project, and get it funded!

I found them on sunbiz site when I searched  the company name under fictitious name!
