So far all that we have tried is the regular Allure, which has been good so far, but I would not be surprised if there is some peeling with water at some point- especially in bathrooms or basements.

Much cheaper than putting in laminate and replacing it every 12-18 months when the tenants get tired of tripping over the raised seams and the surface starts to peel off revealing the fiberboard core.

I would replace it personally, reglazing is a cheap alternative but not if you have to deal with the glaze chipping and peeling in 4-5 years which puts you back to square one.

I asked for specifications book but the developer said they will leave it up to us as long as it complies with the plans, they have some specifics there but not too specific (ie they said dunn edwards paint but not to what color, not even if it is smooth finish or orange peel, that doesnt bother me much).
