When you do that you will start to see a pattern of why some are more expensive and some are less expense.

It's about a series of lates forming a pattern. 

Just as with any new routine, it will take some time to establish a new pattern.

@Mike LarryAt this point it sounds like your in a holding pattern unless you want to keep finding great deals and wholesaling them to get more capital.

But Ill also check around buffalo for those patterns, that's SUPER cool.

Look up the addresses and you will start to see patterns, by the time you get 5 or 6 pages in you will start to be able to eliminate some before doing extensive digging.
