That is like driving drunk in a car and then moving over to the passenger seat and leaving the drivers seat empty hoping nothing happens.

We also learned that aside from rehabbing and furnishing the property, we really didnt care much for managing MTR's and the onboarding process.

Most wives aren't on board with this strategy, but there are other creative ways to house hack besides the typical rent-by-room example.
