My name is Montse, I’m originally from Spain, and I currently live in the Netherlands.

The main house is original (this place was built in 1924, very cool) and we rent it for $1,650/month.

My assumption is that the majority of those were subsequently insured with Cal 'Safe' but I have no data to confirm that.

This is more than enough to do PML's whether you originate or purchase from a broker is up to you.

I believe it is over priced (originally for sale by owner for $280k,later listed through agent at $360k), but I feel like the seller may be open to a creative financing option.
