Monitoring open windows isn't feasible in my case, but I can definitely monitor daily electricity usage online  

And if you’re listing the house online, try platforms like LoopNet or local Facebook groups for real estate or community housing.Just make sure to do your homework and ask for references, check their track record, and make sure they’re following any local zoning or licensing rules.

It's just old mom and pop owners, many do not even list the rentals online. 

@Scott Trench   ​    I saw that as well online - 90 day moratorium - basicaly no unsolicitied offers to homeowners impacted in specific zip codes.

You can look those up online through the Secretary of State website most times.Hope that helps!

This is just one example but without some intense research online you may not learn this, but by speaking with someone very knowledgeable in your chosen areas you not only save time but may find even better opportunities.Best of luck!
