You are right about its obscurity and it is very generous of you to share the idea especially since developers seem to be very busy in Snohomish County so I can see where you are going with this.The $270Ks price was true in midsummer but you are right about the land being the real value.

It's a thing.the other thing i got.. there is some obscure office that holds money in oregon.. like when bank account closes and they cant find anyone. they send it to the state.. and in oregon its some thing like the division of mining  something crazy like that.but I checked in and sure enough when i sold my big house.. there was impounds and they mailed it and it never got forwarded so about 5 years later I stumble in it.. just over 8900 .
