Once that question is answered it helps to narrow down amenities.

Once you know that, then you can narrow your search and spend time on the properties that definitely make sense versus trying to spend time looking at properties everywhere. 

Housing costs are a national issue and I’m glad the current administration is listening AND taking smart, narrow, action.

I just renovated a 2 BR / 2 BA single family built in 1900 and it was 55K.Also, there's no such thing as "ARV 200-300K" - you need to conservatively estimate the ARV and come up with a much narrower range.Finally - are you local?
